Terms of Sale & Website Policies
By purchasing from JVH Technical, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Sale. These terms apply to all products including printers, ink, toner, and media supplies.
Products & Manufacturer Warranties
All products are sold new unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties (such as those provided by Epson and Canon) are handled directly with the manufacturer. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those required by law.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities at our discretion. Payment must be received before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Order Errors
Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Printers / Hardware:
All printer and hardware sales are final and non-returnable once shipped, except where required by law or in cases of verified damage or defect upon arrival.
Ink, Toner, and Media (Rolls, Paper, etc.):
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis only and must be pre-approved.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
If a product arrives defective or damaged, notify us within 72 hours with photos and details. We will assist with replacement, repair, or manufacturer warranty claims.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order restrictions or account limitations where permitted by law.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information necessary to process orders and provide customer support. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes. Payment data is handled exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers.
